Experts advise: exercise on springboard

When exercising the upper part of the body you must stay stable, while the force must be moved from the abdominal part to the springboard and exercise first and foremost the feet.

Most people know about the trampoline from the stadiums and classes of physical education at school, but those platforms are increasingly used in health programs and in fitness studio exercises, the Telegraph reports.

“When we started in 2014, we were the only ones,” says Jean-Pierre Ulrich at the Health and Fitness Fair in Cologne. However, it is not about ordinary trampoline and they are not even dedicated to children. For security reasons there are additional hardening and the surface is tensed.

Ulrich says that when exercising the body above you definitely need to stay stable, while the force must be moved from the abdominal part to the springboard and exercising above all the feet.

Regular exercises on springboard provide greater durability.

The gadget can be practiced by almost anyone except heart patients and those with previous injuries, who should first consult with a doctor.

At the springboard, you can also exercise at home, while it’s enough to dance or run around five minutes a day.
